Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO’s external digital presence, coordinating across platforms, content, and thought leadership. You will drive strategy, measurement, and engagement to strengthen Dow’s reputation and support growth.

You will work with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to translate Dow priorities into compelling executive narratives and real-time engagement opportunities across modern digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in executive or corporate communications, digital communications or related fields.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligned with Dow's objectives.
• Lead management of the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate visibility among customers, investors, and policymakers.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders to amplify relevant stories.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of executive content including posts, articles, editorials, blogs and videos.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with industry trends and stakeholder conversations.
• Build and maintain a strategic engagement framework for influencers, customers, policymakers, media and NGOs.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management including sentiment analysis and SEO.
• Monitor emerging digital channels and technologies for opportunities and ROI; benchmark peers.
• Develop dashboards and reporting linking digital engagement to reputation and business outcomes.
