Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will develop integrated engagement strategies with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and business teams to elevate the CEO's voice and Dow's reputation.

You will lead social media strategy, content creation, and real-time engagement opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI and align with Dow's priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a communications, journalism, marketing, public affairs, digital media or related field (or military equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications or related fields.
• United States work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligned with Dow's objectives.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and content channels.
• Develop audience-driven content to enhance visibility among customers, investors, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and business leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of executive content including posts, articles, and editorials.
