Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement, partnering with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and business leaders to advance Dow's priorities and strengthen the company's reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field, or military experience at or above a U.S. rank.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for visibility with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a steady pipeline of executive content across LinkedIn, articles, editorials, blogs, videos and more.
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow's priorities and trends.
• Build a strategic engagement framework for influencers, customers, policymakers, media, NGOs and others.
• Oversee executive digital reputation, including sentiment analysis, search visibility and online identity.
