Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will drive strategy, content, and engagement to strengthen corporate reputation and support business priorities.

You will collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and business leaders to amplify key stories and measure impact across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in executive communications or related areas.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage executive content including posts, articles, blogs, and videos.
• Benchmark peers and analyze engagement to optimize ROI.
