Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify, and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement of engagement, collaborating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to elevate Dow's voice and reputation.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligned with Dow's objectives.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to boost visibility with customers, investors, policymakers, employees, media, and future talent.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a steady pipeline of executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, editorials, and blogs.
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with priorities and trends.
• Build and maintain a strategic engagement framework for key stakeholders.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management, including sentiment analysis and online profiles.
• Monitor emerging digital channels and technologies for opportunities.
• Benchmark peers to improve Dow's executive digital strategy.
• Analyze engagement performance and ROI, develop dashboards to connect activities to outcomes.
