Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement of engagement, working with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders.

You will drive content creation, thought leadership promotion, and real-time engagement initiatives to maximize impact and strengthen Dow's reputation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to increase visibility and trust.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of executive content across LinkedIn, articles, blogs, and videos.
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow's priorities.
• Build and maintain a strategic engagement framework for key stakeholders.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management, including social listening and SEO.
