Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will work with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to elevate the CEO's voice and strengthen Dow's reputation.

In this role, you will manage content pipelines, measure impact with dashboards, and identify engagement opportunities aligned with Dow's strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field, or relevant military experience.
• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligned with Dow's objectives.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and thought leadership channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate the CEO's visibility.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage executive content across LinkedIn, articles, blogs, and videos.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership and monitor real-time engagement.
