Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and search results. You will collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and business leaders to align digital activities with Dow's priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience required.
5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications or related fields.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy linked to Dow's objectives and reputation.
Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and business leaders to amplify stories that advance Dow's priorities.
Curate, create, and manage executive content across LinkedIn, articles, blogs, and other assets.
Monitor engagement performance and ROI, providing data-driven insights for optimization.
