Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager who will shape the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and search visibility.

You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement, partnering with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to elevate the CEO's voice and protect corporate reputation while driving strategic business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in executive/digital communications or related fields.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship for this US-based role.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy that aligns with Dow's objectives and strengthens corporate reputation.
• Lead management of the CEO’s external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and search results.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate visibility with customers, investors, policymakers, employees, media, and future talent.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify strategic stories.
• Curate and manage executive content, including LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, and videos.
