Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify, and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, content creation, and measurement to strengthen corporate reputation and support business priorities.

You will collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights, improved engagement, and opportunities to influence key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in executive or corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, or reputation management.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and thought leadership channels.
• Develop audience-driven content to boost the CEO's visibility with customers, investors, policymakers, employees, media, and future talent.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to identify and amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a steady pipeline of executive content (LinkedIn posts, articles, editorials, blogs, videos).
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow's priorities and industry trends.
• Build and maintain a strategic engagement framework for influencers and key stakeholders.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management, including social listening and SEO.
• Manage the CEO's broader online presence, including profiles, search visibility, and knowledge panels.
• Monitor emerging digital channels to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Benchmark peers to improve Dow's executive digital engagement strategy.
• Analyze engagement performance and ROI; develop executive dashboards linking activity to outcomes.
