Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify, and protect the CEO’s digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement of the CEO’s engagement ecosystem, spanning social media, thought leadership, and digital reputation.

You will partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and business units to craft audience-driven content and drive measurable impact, while leveraging data-driven insights across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent as stated.
• 5+ years in executive/corporate/digital communications or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO’s external digital presence across platforms and channels.
• Curate executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, and videos.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations and Business Leaders.
• Monitor digital reputation, sentiment, and online profile optimization.
