Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and thought leadership channels. You will drive strategy, content, and measurement in collaboration with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders.

You will curate executive content, lead promotion strategies, and harness data-driven insights to amplify impact for customers, investors, employees, and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military experience.
• 5+ years in executive/corporate/digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy across platforms and channels.
• Lead management of the CEO’s external digital presence (social, content, search, and trends).
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to boost visibility with customers, investors, and talent.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a steady pipeline of executive content (LinkedIn, articles, blogs, videos).
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership and identify real-time engagement opportunities.
• Build a strategic engagement framework for influencers, policymakers, media, and other stakeholders.
