Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager. This role shapes the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and thought leadership channels, driving engagement and brand impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field, or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
Minimum 5 years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
U.S.-based candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy that advances Dow's objectives and strengthens reputation.
Lead management of the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate the CEO's visibility with customers, investors, policymakers, employees, media, and future talent.
Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories that support Dow's strategy and brand.
Curate, create, and manage a steady pipeline of executive content, including posts, articles, editorials, blogs, and videos.
