Job summary

Dow’s Office of the CEO seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO’s digital presence across external platforms. The role collaborates with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to craft integrated digital strategies that support Dow’s priorities and elevate the CEO’s voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field, or military equivalent.
• 5+ years in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligned with Dow's objectives.
• Lead management of the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate visibility with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a steady pipeline of executive content (LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, videos).
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with priorities and trends.
• Build and maintain a governance framework for influencers, customers, policymakers, and media.
• Oversee online reputation management, including sentiment analysis and SEO of the CEO's presence.
• Monitor emerging digital channels to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Benchmark peers to continuously improve the strategy.
• Analyze engagement and ROI to optimize strategies and demonstrate impact.
