Job summary

Dow's Office of the CEO is searching for an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and safeguard the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. Based in the United States, the role collaborates with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and business leaders to elevate Dow's voice and reputation.

The position drives strategy, content creation, measurement, and ROI across social, search, and owned channels, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, or reputation management.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy that advances Dow's objectives.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and thought leadership channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for customers, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and business leaders to amplify stories supporting Dow's strategy.
• Curate and manage a pipeline of executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, and blogs.
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with priorities and trends.
• Build a framework for influencers, customers, policymakers, media, and NGOs.
