Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and safeguard the CEO's digital presence across external channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or a related field, or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy that advances Dow's objectives and strengthens corporate reputation.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, content, and other digital touchpoints.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to enhance the CEO's visibility with customers, investors, policymakers, employees, media, and talent.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to identify and amplify stories that support Dow's strategy and brand.
• Curate and manage a steady pipeline of executive content including LinkedIn posts, articles, editorials, blogs, and videos.
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership and real-time engagement opportunities.
• Build and maintain a framework for influencers, policymakers, media, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management including social listening, sentiment analysis and SEO.
• Manage the CEO's broader online presence including profiles, knowledge panels, and Wikipedia presence.
• Monitor emerging channels and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and increased impact.
• Benchmark peers and best-in-class communicators to continuously improve Dow's strategy.
• Analyze engagement performance and ROI to optimize strategies and reporting.
• Develop dashboards linking digital engagement to reputation and business outcomes.
