Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will drive strategy, content, and measurement to enhance Dow's reputation and support business priorities.

You will collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories, manage risk, and leverage data-driven insights for strategic engagement. This is a high-impact, US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field (or military equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR and Business Leaders.
• Curate and manage executive content, including LinkedIn posts and blogs.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow priorities.
• Build a strategic engagement framework for influencers, customers, policymakers, media and NGOs.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management and online identity platforms.
• Monitor emerging digital channels and benchmark peers to improve strategy.
• Analyze engagement performance and ROI; develop executive dashboards.
