Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify, and protect the CEO's external digital presence across platforms and channels. You will develop integrated strategies with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and business leaders to elevate the CEO's voice and Dow's reputation.

This role requires owning content pipelines, promoting thought leadership, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive stakeholder engagement and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in executive/digital communications, public affairs, or reputation management.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy across platforms.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence and engagement across social channels and content.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies for multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate, create, and manage a steady pipeline of executive content (LinkedIn, articles, editorials, blogs, videos).
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow priorities.
• Monitor executive digital reputation, including social listening and sentiment analysis.
• Oversee SEO, knowledge panels, and digital identity across platforms.
