Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across platforms, amplifying thought leadership and safeguarding corporate reputation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent military experience.
• 5+ years of experience in executive or digital communications, corporate reputation, or public affairs.
• US work authorization with no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy to advance business objectives and strengthen reputation.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate visibility with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify strategic narratives.
• Oversee digital reputation management, including social listening, sentiment analysis, and SEO optimization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field
