Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape the CEO’s external digital presence across social platforms and thought leadership channels. You will lead content, governance, and measurement to amplify the CEO’s voice and strengthen Dow’s reputation.

You will work with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to develop integrated strategies that advance Dow’s priorities and deliver measurable ROI on digital engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field, or relevant military experience.
• Minimum 5 years in executive/digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
• Lead management of the CEO's external digital presence, including content and amplification across channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate visibility with customers, investors, policymakers, employees, and influencers.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to identify and amplify stories supporting Dow's strategy.
• Curate, create, and manage a steady pipeline of executive content (LinkedIn, articles, editorials, blogs, videos).
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
