Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and search visibility. You will work with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to align digital initiatives with Dow's priorities.

Responsibilities include defining strategy, managing content pipelines, measuring impact, and identifying real-time engagement opportunities with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive communications or related fields.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy across platforms.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence on social, thought leadership, and search channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to elevate visibility.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders.
• Curate and manage a steady pipeline of executive content (LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, videos).
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow's priorities and trends.
• Build and maintain a strategic engagement framework for key stakeholders.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management including sentiment analysis and SEO.
• Monitor emerging channels and technologies to identify opportunities.
