Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape, amplify and protect the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content ecosystems. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement, collaborating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to advance Dow's priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications, public affairs, reputation management, or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms and content channels.
• Develop audience-driven content to enhance visibility with customers, investors, and stakeholders.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage executive content including posts, articles, blogs, and videos.
• Develop promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow priorities.
• Build and maintain a strategic engagement framework for key stakeholders.
• Oversee executive digital reputation management, including social listening and sentiment analysis.
• Manage CEO's broader online presence including SEO and knowledge panels.
• Monitor emerging digital channels and trends for opportunities.
• Benchmark peers to improve Dow's executive digital engagement strategy.
• Analyze engagement performance and ROI to optimize strategies.
• Develop executive dashboards tying digital activity to broader business outcomes.
