Job summary

Dow seeks an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and protect the CEO's digital presence across platforms and channels. You will drive strategy, execution, and measurement, collaborating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and business leaders to amplify critical narratives and priority stories.

The role focuses on social media, thought leadership, content amplification, and real-time engagement opportunities, with an emphasis on data-driven insights and impact across stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or military experience at/above a U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 5 years in executive/commercial/digital communications, reputation management, or related roles.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy aligning with Dow's priorities.
• Lead external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement tactics to raise visibility among stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and business leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage executive content pipeline including posts, articles, blogs, and videos.
• Monitor and improve digital reputation through listening, SEO, and anomaly detection.
• Measure ROI and provide dashboards linking engagement to reputation and business outcomes.
