Job summary

Dow is seeking an Executive Digital Engagement Manager to shape and safeguard the CEO's digital presence across external platforms. You will lead strategy, execution, and measurement, collaborating with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify the CEO's voice and advance Dow's priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent military experience.
• 5+ years in executive/digital/ corporate communications, or related fields.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy across platforms.
• Lead management of the CEO's external digital presence, including social channels and content channels.
• Develop audience-driven content and engagement strategies to enhance the CEO's visibility and Dow's reputation.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate and manage a steady pipeline of executive content and promotional strategies.
• Monitor digital channels, provide real-time insights, and optimize engagement to demonstrate ROI.
