Job summary

Dow's Executive Digital Engagement Manager will shape and protect the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and search visibility. You will work with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, IR, and Business teams to translate Dow's priorities into compelling executive narratives that reinforce reputation and support growth.

This role requires strategic vision, data-driven decision making, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Affairs, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, digital communications or related fields.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive CEO digital engagement strategy.
• Lead the CEO's external digital presence across social platforms, thought leadership channels, and content.
• Develop audience-driven content to elevate the CEO's visibility with customers, investors, and policymakers.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Business Leaders to amplify stories.
• Curate, create, and manage a steady pipeline of executive content (LinkedIn posts, articles, blogs, videos).
• Develop and execute promotion strategies for executive thought leadership.
• Identify real-time engagement opportunities aligned with Dow priorities.
• Build and maintain a strategic engagement framework for key stakeholders.
• Oversee digital reputation management, sentiment analysis, and SEO.
