Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Regional Manager, Channels - Central Region to lead and scale the channel GTM strategy across the Central United States. You will recruit and mentor CDMs, and build strategic relationships with elite partners, national providers, and resellers.

You will bridge Rubrik's Central channel ecosystem with internal stakeholders, own revenue targets, drive joint pipelines, manage MDF budgets, and ensure cross-functional alignment to accelerate enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise IT channel sales or strategic alliances.
• 5+ years of people management leading a team of CDMs/CAMs.
• Track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar regional quotas.
• Deep expertise in GTM planning and partner business models.
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive presence.
• Knowledge of Central US partner ecosystem (VARs, MSPs, SI, National Partners).
• Bachelor’s degree as stated in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive GTM channel strategy for the Central Region.
• Establish relationships with executive and C-suite leadership across key partners.
• Partner with Central Region Sales Leadership to align channel strategies with enterprise plans.
• Recruit, coach, and develop CDMs; drive accountability and performance.
• Guide execution toward pipeline and revenue targets with executive sponsorship on opportunities.
• Direct MDF budgets to maximize ROI, demand generation, and partner loyalty.
• Implement forecasting, pipeline analytics, and QBRs for visibility and revenue predictability.
• Coordinate cross-functional enablement and deal support with internal teams.
