Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise IT Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Strategic Alliances experience in cybersecurity, data management, cloud, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive GTM channel strategy for the Central Region to accelerate revenue growth.
• Establish and nurture executive relationships with regional and national partner leadership.
• Collaborate with Central Region Sales Leadership to align channel strategies with account plans.
• Recruit, coach, and develop Channel Development Managers (CDMs) for high performance.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation and revenue targets.
• Direct regional MDF and enablement budgets to maximize ROI and partner loyalty.
