Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Channel Development Manager to lead and grow the Ohio Valley region (MI, OH, KY) through strategic partner planning, enablement, and sales acceleration. You will coordinate with Rubrik Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations to exceed targets and expand partner initiated deals.

Ideal candidates have regional channel partner experience, strong initiative, and proven ability to drive marketing plans and joint initiatives with distributors and resellers.

Qualifications

• Experience working with regional channel partners or distributors
• Ability to plan quarterly and yearly sales activities
• Ability to implement marketing plans and coordinate marketing activities

Responsibilities

• Grow channel business through partner planning, enablement, and pipeline generation
• Train partners' field sales/SE staff
• Build relationships with partner decision makers
• Identify and close deals with partners in coordination with Rubrik account teams
