Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Strategic Alliances within cybersecurity, data management, cloud, or SaaS sectors.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive GTM channel strategy across the Central Region to accelerate revenue growth and maximize partner productivity.
• Establish and nurture relationships with executive and C-suite leadership across regional and national partners to keep Rubrik top-of-mind as a strategic vendor.
• Partner with Central Region Sales Leadership to align channel strategies with enterprise account plans, joint mapping, and field engagement.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a team of Channel Development Managers; drive accountability and high performance.
• Guide execution toward monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation and revenue targets with executive sponsorship on enterprise opportunities.
• Direct and allocate regional MDF and enablement budgets to maximize ROI and partner loyalty.
• Implement forecasting, pipeline analytics, and QBRs to maintain visibility, coverage, and revenue predictability.
• Mobilize internal resources across Systems Engineering, Alliances, Marketing, and Operations to enable partners with co-selling tools and deal support.
