Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) is seeking a Central Intake Coordinator to join the Central Intake Division in Western Massachusetts. The role emphasizes communication, risk assessment, and knowledge of BHN programs to connect individuals with appropriate services.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Cultural competence with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with BHN programs and community resources is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with diverse individuals and assess risk.
• Understand BHN substance use and other BHN programs; assist access to resources.
• Maintain knowledge of medication clinic workflows; document in EHR as needed.
• Verify insurance when required; support intake processes.
