Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Central Intake Coordinator in Western Massachusetts to support intake operations across our division. You will engage with diverse populations, assess risk, and connect clients with BHN programs and community resources.

Strong written/verbal communication and data entry skills are essential. Minimum 2 years in intake or call center, with a high school diploma; further education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience; call center or intake experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus.
• Knowledge of BHN programs and community resources; access them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform central intake duties with sensitivity to diverse populations.
• Assess risk and communicate effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
• Utilize BHN programs and community resources to assist clients.
• Document and manage information using email and databases; EHR helpful.
