You will take accurate orders from customers and direct drivers to keep deliveries safe and on schedule. This full‑time role requires strong communication and multitasking, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, driver hours, and compliance with company policies and FMCSA requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly to changes.
• Dispatch or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer orders for ready‑mix concrete, aggregates, concrete pumps, and related products.
• Coordinate trucks, drivers, and delivery schedules, including tractor‑trailers and precast loads.
• Work with plant personnel, job sites, and erection crews to resolve scheduling issues.
• Track driver hours, code timecards, and support driver compliance with company policies and Federal Motor Carrier requirements.
