SRM Concrete seeks a proactive Central Dispatch professional to coordinate orders, drivers, and plant activities. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage multiple priorities, and support safe, efficient operations across locations.

You’ll be part of a team that values communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement, contributing to accurate deliveries and outstanding service every day.

Qualifications

• Must possess multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-volume office.
• Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Strong team collaboration and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch/logistics software is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer service by handling calls and communications with urgency and care.
• Coordinate orders, schedules, and priorities with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams.
• Set standards for professionalism and teamwork within Central Dispatch.
• Monitor performance metrics and help implement improvements for efficiency.
• Resolve delivery or quality inquiries and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM teammates for seamless communication.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
