You will handle inbound calls, coordinate schedules, monitor performance metrics, and partner with sales and plant teams to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer service: answer inquiries and coordinate with customers to meet needs with urgency and care.
• Juggle multiple orders and priorities—coordinate with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams for timely deliveries.
• Lead by example with professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within Central Dispatch.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve operations and efficiency.
• Resolve delivery or quality issues and turn challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Foster collaboration with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members for seamless communication.
