Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a strategic Central Dispatch professional to connect customers, drivers, and plants and ensure timely, accurate concrete deliveries. You will lead by example in a fast-paced office, balancing multiple orders while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates multitask with ease, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams. You will uphold safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement within the dispatch team; familiarity with dispatch/logistics

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and communications to meet customer needs with urgency and care.
• Coordinate orders, schedules, and priorities with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams.
• Set the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within Central Dispatch.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement; implement solutions.
• Resolve customer inquiries, delivery or quality issues; turn problems into opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members for seamless communication.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
