• Coordinate multiple orders, schedules, and priorities with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams.
• Lead by example in professionalism and teamwork within the Central Dispatch team.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to process improvements for smoother operations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and delivery/quality issues, turning challenges into opportunities.
• Foster collaboration with customers, suppliers, and SRM teammates for seamless communication.
• Support continuous improvement through teams meetings and strategic planning.
