• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service is helpful, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important.
• Willingness to undergo SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communications, ensuring customer needs are met with urgency and care.
• Juggle multiple orders, schedules, and priorities—coordinate with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams for timely deliveries.
• Set the standard for professionalism and teamwork within Central Dispatch.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement solutions.
• Manage customer inquiries and delivery or quality issues, turning problems into opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members for seamless communication.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and process improvements.
