SRM Concrete is seeking a proactive Central Dispatch leader to connect customers, drivers, and plants, ensuring punctual deliveries and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will juggle orders and communications, uphold safety, and drive continuous improvements while fostering teamwork across locations. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, efficiency, and professionalism in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communications to ensure every customer's needs are met with urgency and care.
• Coordinate multiple orders, schedules, and priorities with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
• Lead by example by upholding professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within the Central Dispatch team.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Resolve customer inquiries, delivery or quality issues, and turn problems into opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to ensure seamless communication and support.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies to create a safe work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and process enhancements.
