• Handle customer inquiries, delivery or quality issues, turning problems into opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members for seamless communication.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in meetings and help with process improvements.
