Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communications to meet customers’ needs with urgency and care.
• Juggle multiple orders, schedules, and priorities; coordinate with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams for timely deliveries.
• Lead by example with professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify improvements to keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage customer inquiries and delivery or quality issues, turning problems into opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members for seamless communication.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies to create a safe work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and process improvements.
