SRM Concrete in Smyrna, Tennessee is seeking a proactive Central Dispatch Lead who can coordinate customers, drivers, and plants to ensure on-time concrete deliveries. You will manage high-volume communications and prioritize orders with care.

Formación

• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams is preferred.
• Proficiency with dispatch software and MS Office.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and communications, ensuring customers’ needs are met with urgency and care.
• Coordinate orders with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Set standards for professionalism and teamwork within the Central Dispatch team.
• Monitor performance metrics and help implement efficiency improvements.
• Resolve delivery or quality issues and turn problems into opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies in daily operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
