The ideal candidate has 2+ years in related roles, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office and volunteer management tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in event management, marketing, retail, customer service, recreation facility or related role; non-profit/military experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Center operations to maintain a cost-effective, safe, welcoming environment.
• Engage with Center visitors and provide information on amenities, tours, programs and services.
• Maintain inventories, handle cash, and provide data for reports and budgets.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for local operations.
• Assist with planning and overseeing programs, events and activities at the Center.
