Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years work experience in event management, marketing, retail, customer service, recreation facility or related role.
• Relevant experience in a non-profit, military, multicultural and/or global organization preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Center operational procedures, ensuring a cost-effective, safe, welcoming and clean environment.
• Engage with Center visitors and troubleshoot issues; may direct and manage vendors.
• Maintain budget, inventory, and reports; provide data for financial and operational reports.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for local operations.
• Plan and oversee programs, logistics, inventory management, and budget for center activities.
• Assist with communications and awareness for programs and events per guidelines.
