Job summary

USO Center Operations Specialist executes day-to-day operations at one or more USO Centers, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for service members and their families.

You will plan and oversee programs and events, guide volunteers, manage inventory and budgets, and prepare reports to support program delivery and budget adherence. This role supports the USO mission through community engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse audiences with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Center operations ensuring a cost effective, safe, welcoming and clean environment.
• Manage and engage volunteers, coordinate programs, events and activities.
