Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Auburn, MA is seeking a Center Support Specialist to coordinate patient services and front desk duties across multiple centers. You will support training, verify insurance, maintain records, and assist the revenue cycle manager while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of medical office experience, and insurance verification experience. Travel to centers as needed is required.

• 1 year of medical office experience
• Insurance verification experience
• Preferred: experience supervising others

Responsibilities

• Provides, at a minimum, all essential functions of the patient service specialist job
• Assist revenue cycle manager (RCM) with training and supporting all front desk staff
• Ensure patient records are maintained and organized according to our company policy
• Verify patients' insurance eligibility and authorizations as needed
• Support ongoing training of existing staff
• Travel to each center as needed
