Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Auburn, MA is seeking a Part Time Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, schedule appointments, and handle front-desk duties at our outpatient center.

The role involves coordinating with insurance providers, collecting co-pays, and supporting the administrative workflow in a busy PT clinic. Evening shifts are required Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: 119A Southbridge Street, Auburn MA 01501

Type of Employment: Part Time

Schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday, four evenings 4pm-8pm

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00/hour
