Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Center Support Specialist to coordinate patient services and handle administrative duties across outpatient centers. This role supports training, policy updates, and communications with patients, families, staff and management.

Based in Bridgewater, MA with travel to centers as needed; it is a full-time position, 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday. Benefits include mentorship, generous PTO, comprehensive health plans, a company 401(k) plan, and life/disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of medical office experience is required.
• Insurance verification experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient services and administrative office duties across outpatient centers (5–12 centers).
• Assist revenue cycle management with training and support for front desk staff.
• Maintain patient records and verify insurance authorizations as needed.
• Travel to each center as required to support operations.
