Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Center Operations Manager I in Las Vegas. You will lead donor center teams, drive training and development, manage scheduling and payroll records, and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 months applicable experience.
• Up to 1 year of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Up to 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting, training, etc.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work daytime and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts and periodically after hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback for employee performance evaluations and development plans.
• Assist in employment decisions (hiring, promotions, demotions, terminations).
• Foster a positive donor center culture aligned with core values.
• Assist in employee relations investigations.
• Serve as a designated trainer for on-the-job and certification training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of donor center equipment.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and best practices.
• Conduct area walkthroughs and support production teams.
• Support marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Assist with schedule and payroll records to optimize staffing.
