Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Center Operations Manager II in Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee regulatory compliance, inspections, and quality improvements while leading production efficiency and cost optimization in a fast-paced donor center environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in operations/supervision, 1–3 years of people management, and strong communication and organizational skills. Daytime/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• 1-3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred
• 1-3 years of people management required including recruiting, training, etc.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Background in financial management and/or budgeting preferred.
• Ability to work daytime and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts and periodically after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a thorough understanding of and ensures total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (e.g., FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Assists in hosting internal and external inspections conducted by regulatory agencies and customers
• Collaborates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborates with departments to implement CAPA to address identified issues.
• Oversees preventive maintenance of donor center equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Prepares product shipments and ensures SOP compliance.
• Assists with achieving targeted production and cost optimization including inventory management.
• Provides feedback for employee performance evaluations and development plans.
