You will drive inspections, CAPA, safety programs, and staff training, while coordinating scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, inventory control, and collaboration across departments to meet production targets and KPI goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 months of applicable experience.
• 1 year of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting, training, etc.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• This role will manage the daily donor center operations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) to ensure safety and quality.
• Assist with inspections, audits, and CAPA implementation.
• Promote and enforce Safety, Health, and Environmental policies; conduct safety training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment readiness; maintain facility cleanliness.
• Support production targets, cost optimization, and inventory management.
• Provide input on employee performance, evaluations, and development plans.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture and HR policy adherence.
• Act as a Designated Trainer for on-the-job training and certifications.
• Maintain leadership visibility through area walkthroughs and productivity support.
• Cultivate donor relationships to support retention and growth, and assist marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll records, and staff meetings.
• Monitor KPI performance and address deficiencies with leadership.
